Delivery Information

My Secret Pantry orders for in-stock merchandise are generally delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping charge estimates are available on our Shopping Cart page after you select your desired items for purchase.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (can be applied to orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday and before 10:00 AM Friday). Some of our larger items are delivered via Oversized Delivery. Some additional shipping charges may apply based on the weight of the item; if applicable, they are shown in parentheses to the right of the Quantity field on the product page. (These charges are applied in addition to Standard Shipping and Processing charges for each oversized item.) Additional charges may accrue for orders over 15 lbs. If any additional fees are incurred, a Customer Service representative will contact you before any charges are applied to your credit card.
