Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
Milk
Sour cream
3 cups any cheese of choice
salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven. Cook the macaroni as per instructions in package.
Step 2: Heat large saucepan, add butter allow it to melt. Now gradually, add flour and mix well by slowly adding milk. Let everything mix and combine well. This should start thickening after 3 minutes. You can stop the heat add all the cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Now to the baking tray add cooked, drained macaroni and stir with cream sauce. Spread more cheese on top and bake for 30-40 minutes. It is ready to be served.
